Don't believe the 100 point inspection bs. I was told it was done. They flat out lied. When I got car home. I had to replace , cabin filter motor filter engine oil all brakes and rotors and the driver side was done. They flat out lied. When I got car home. I bought a 2020 Tacoma in the beginning of 2020 with an extended warranty. Signed all the paperwork and a few days later the finance guy calls me and tells me that I have to go back and resign all my paper extended warranty. Signed all the paperwork and a few days later the finance guy calls me and tells me that I have to go back and resign all my paperwork because he managed to give me the paperwork with a different VIN. He pawned off his mistake on the sales guy which whatever. So I show up the Saturday after the phone call to sign the paperwork and the finance guy acts like I am inconveniencing him for his mistake by complaining that I didn’t call ahead of time to fix his mistake. Get all the paperwork signed and I think I am good. I start having issues with the vehicle earlier this year and go to a different dealer closer to my house to deal with the issue but I am told that I don’t have any type of extended warranty on the vehicle through Toyota and that I’d have to call Autonation to find out what type of warranty they sold me. I attempt several calls the day I was notified and I am told that financing is “too busy” to take my call. I figure I’ll wait till my next oil change and schedule it at Autonation to see if I can find something out and what my warranty actually covers. I go to do my oil change and I ask the service tech to check if I have a warranty and he states I don’t. I ask if he can get with financing to see the status of my warranty and he states he’ll see what he can find out by the time I get back to pick up the vehicle. I go back for my vehicle and I am handed back my keys and my request was completely ignored. I was in a hurry and pretty angry so I didn’t bring it up and just left. I had the email to the general manager so I tried e-mailing him since I had received an email from him when I was thinking about trading in the truck, radio silence. Guess he was only interested in me if he could make a sale out of me but not to resolve an issue. I also tried calling multiple times again and no one ever answered in the finance department. It always went to voicemail. I left a message with my email and my issue and no one ever got back to me. So I got screwed out of two thousand dollars for a non-existent warranty and I am stuck with the issues that the truck has. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. More
