My 16,000 mile oil change, engine filter change and fluid check took only one hour and I was back on my way. However I do miss the free car wash they used to provide. Terrible customer service, and apparently they will do anything to deny a warranty claim...even one that has been pre-approved from the warranty company. Not only did they not fix the problem...they tried anything to deny a warranty claim...even one that has been pre-approved from the warranty company. Not only did they not fix the problem...they tried charging me to 'update the stereo software'....which I had already done myself before to see if it would resolve the issue. Insulting and rude treatment to a customer who was willing to give them one last chance. Lesson learned. Buyer beware... More

This dealership is going down hill. Everytime I go it gets worse and the wait time gets longer and longer. Very bad customer service also!!
