Had an awesome experience at autonation toyota. The negotiations were made over the phone which made it easy. The one thing I’d wish they’d tell you ahead of time is how having to buy gap insurance wil negotiations were made over the phone which made it easy. The one thing I’d wish they’d tell you ahead of time is how having to buy gap insurance will raise the price/monthly payment. It caught me by surprise and felt pretty tricky but then again I could’ve done more research. Other than that as a first time buying a new car, the process didn’t feel difficult at all. Auto service was very good as usual. Ride home provided by AutoNation was inconvenient. Driver took me a half hour out of the way to pick up another of their customers to take back to AutoNation, then he by AutoNation was inconvenient.
