I received great guidance and service from Jim Testa, always stayed in touch and provided updates on my Tacoma arrival dates. Would highly recommend the dealer and Jim. Some good guys some who must hate working here. I have had a few easy services that I was in n out. Other times, not so much. It seems like no one communicates here when the car is ready I was sitting for more than an hour after my car was ready since no one notified me as they said they would. When I took my car in for my tire pressure light being on the tech told me it was "the season change" I took it to firestone and they filled my tires and never heard of a "weather change" affecting tires. You guys crashed my car when I brought it in for a simple oil change. I was driving a rental for nearly 2 weeks. When I went to swap in the RAV4 for a camry due to issues I was having with the RAV4, you gave oil change. I was driving a rental for nearly 2 weeks. When I went to swap in the RAV4 for a camry due to issues I was having with the RAV4, you gave me a camry that hadn't been cleaned and reeked of fast food. The only concession you offered was covering the $70 oil change. And of course the damages to the vehicle that you were liable for. Who knows if this brought the value of my vehicle down. After my last experience here getting routine maintenance done-- where I waited over an hour outside waiting for my service advisor to return with my paperwork for my car, AFTER I was called to say it was ready-- it's clear that this place doesn't care about its customers. Just a "Sorry about that, we'll pass this feedback along to our teams to ensure proper training is done moving forward." That's all I get. Don't go to Autonation for any service, period. More
