Took 3 days to get a temp plate. We were told we didn’t have to worry about getting one. There was absolutely no urgency by the finance dept. to take care of the issue. Usually I would give you five stars. My last visit was not a Happy one! I was waiting in the lounge for six hours. My visit was not good had made an appointment for 12:00PM HAD TO WAIT 3HRS for a simple oil change. Can not understand why it takes longer for an oil change than it does for a repair job.
