If I could have gone anywhere else with the hopes of receiving better service, I would have. Purchasing a vehicle is supposed to be an exciting and mostly stress-free experience, but this was the comple receiving better service, I would have. Purchasing a vehicle is supposed to be an exciting and mostly stress-free experience, but this was the complete opposite. Any time I wanted an update on the progress of my vehicle, I had to reach out to the salesperson (Ryan OReilly). He made no real attempt on his own to give me updates on my car unless my mom or I reached out to him more than once. Once my car arrived, it was evident that the poor service extended from Michael Miller (the sales manager) who only wanted to show me a 6-7% interest rate when Toyota advertised a 2.49% interest rate. If I could have walked out at that point I would have, but I wanted the car that badly and had already waited 2 months for it to arrive. I'm so thankful my mom was there to be my advocate and also very thankful for Emmily Kaufman in finance. She was the diamond in the rough and really helped make the entire experience more positive, and was part of the reason why this review is 2 stars instead of 1. More
