Absolutely stellar service from Kassandra Arriaga with whom we worked closely with for 4 months. We were very picky about our vehicle choice and she spent a third of a year tracking down and facilitating our vehicle purchase and she will definitely be our go to from here on out. More

It took an hour longer then was quoted for routine maintenance which was fine but when it was done and we got the paperwork we were told everything checked out great well when I got home and read ever maintenance which was fine but when it was done and we got the paperwork we were told everything checked out great well when I got home and read everything it clearly stated we needed two new tires due to dry rot if he would have told us that at the dealership we would have gotten the tires right then and there,now have to go get two new tires. It is very disappointing that I have had my car for a year now and I have not been able to use the apps on my phone. I have asked every time I go for service to help me fix this and no one has been able year now and I have not been able to use the apps on my phone. I have asked every time I go for service to help me fix this and no one has been able to. They try for a bit and give up. They tell me to delete the apps on my phone and try again and they have all told me that this should have been set up when I bought the car. It was a brand new car! I can't use the maps or any other services on my car screen. More
