This dealer called me to let me know there was a Safety Warning issued for my Rav4 and they were able to schedule me for an appointment. Not really impressed with AutoNation Tempe. I have purchased from other Toyota dealers and had far better experiences. If the overall job of the dealership is for customer satisfaction and I have purchased from other Toyota dealers and had far better experiences. When I did have questions; I was presented with a number of excuses to my questions instead of answers. I realize we are in a car market that we have never seen, but details surrounding the purchase of a vehicle should have been worked out by April of 2022. Communication between management, finance, sales, and service is one of my biggest complaints. Doing the communication both in person and electronically a majority of my questions and concerns were brushed over and excuses made. Even though we are in a car market that we have not seen before, the dealership should have worked out a system where the experience is seamless. Procedures and regulations should be presented in writing so that each part of the process is easier for the buyer. More
