Advisor Anthony Moreno is professional. He went above and beyond to get the all the parts (brake pump/ master cylinder etc.) needed to get us fixed on time knowing we had to be out of town He went above and beyond to get the all the parts (brake pump/ master cylinder etc.) needed to get us fixed on time knowing we had to be out of town during Memorial Day weekend. As always, the folks at the checkout counter are always polite, considerate and hooks my son up with Rice Krispy treats. My only suggestion is to bring back courtesy car washes for big services. I found what I thought was a great deal on a truck. Contacted the dealer and spoke with Emily, she asked what payment I was looking for and ran my credit. She stated that the truck I was interested in needed repairs and it would be another week. I asked repeatedly if she needed anything else from me and finally when it was time to come pick up the truck, so I thought she told us to go ahead and put insurance on it. We did and took the 4 hour trip to pick up the truck. When we arrived, she stated that she needed us to fill out the credit application again because it needed to be on record hand written. Fair enough, we filled out the application again. We took a test drive and I could tell the work that she claimed was the reason we couldn't come the week prior had not been done ( red flag 1 ) while we were test driving Emily tried to chat nervously over the sounds of the truck mentioning several times how bummed her sales manager was that they couldn't buy the truck. Explaining that they couldn't buy vehicles that hadn't been available to customers for at least 30 days. ( red flag 2) She then introduced us to a finance manager who made nice and then ran my credit 7 more times!!! From a different office. And came back to us with a payment that was double the price we had already agreed on! At this point I left. I drove 4 hours after being lied to, just to realize after I got home that they trashed my credit score repeatedly running my credit! Don't ever go to AutoNation. More
