I was treated very professionally by Ryan our service advisor. He even “hooked” up my phone on the Bluetooth so I could use it in the car while driving. Purchased a RAV4 for my Mom and worked into the price delivered to her in another State, after I paid for the car, that was the last time I heard from them without reaching out myself to check on progres delivered to her in another State, after I paid for the car, that was the last time I heard from them without reaching out myself to check on progress, each time was the same answer "let me look into it and I'll call you back." which has been 2 weeks and 4 days and She still doesn't have her Toyota RAV4 from Autonation Tempe.
