Rating a 5 as a result of our interaction with Max. Max Gonzalez was the only sales rep that offered to help us upon arrival. Max was very knowledgeable and attentive. Finance made a huge mistake in our favor, yet we were honest and did the right thing and returned to the dealership to make things right. Richard was arrogant and non-appreciative.
