We’ve been Toyota fans for years and even purchased our 1997 4 Runner brand new from Tempe Toyota. We purchased a certified used Highlander this past week. The vehicle is typical Toyota. Our disappointment 1997 4 Runner brand new from Tempe Toyota. We purchased a certified used Highlander this past week. The vehicle is typical Toyota. Our disappointment comes from a salesman that had just started and told us to come back if we had any problems setting up the entire navigation system. When we tried to set it up, it was missing the navigation card. A call to the dealer a week later and I found out my salesman had left! I guess the card has to be purchased at a cost of $160.00. Come on! I just spent 34k and I get a 2nd rate system and a dealer that doesn’t know what customer service is. I give the vehicle 5 stars, the Entune system 1 star and the deal 1 star. More
