Already left a review for our sales person so I will only reference the dealership. Our car purchase experience was very efficient and smooth. My only objection is that we had to finance a portion Of the cos reference the dealership. Our car purchase experience was very efficient and smooth. My only objection is that we had to finance a portion Of the cost of the vehicle when we preferred to pay the entirety in cash. It was a dealership policy relating to the fact that the car was not already on the lot and had to be pre-ordered. We agreed because we wanted to purchase the car but this was not our preferred way to buy it. Also Toyota corporation whom I contacted would not get involved. The rest of our experience was excellent. More

This dealership is pleasant and the Restrooms are very clean. I don't drink coffee but frees coffee is available. The service Rep was nice and friendly.
