I called Robert Garcia when i was at another Toyota dealership, looking for the new land cruiser. When i arrived I met with Paityn and she was truly exceptional. Paityn articulated the whole sales proc dealership, looking for the new land cruiser. When i arrived I met with Paityn and she was truly exceptional. Paityn articulated the whole sales process and keep me in the loop as I anxiously awaited my new car to arrive. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and informative. Robert and Paityn keep me informed throughout as I texted with them daily anxiously awaiting delivery. When my car arrived a few weeks later the paperwork process was easy. Joe NG reviewed the various options and customized a warranty etc package that worked great for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. What a great team at Autonation.
