Review April 3 2025 I have bought about 8 cars from Toyota Auto Nation Tempe (ANT) in the last two decades. I have been getting offers from them on my Highlander for the last year and they honored thei Toyota Auto Nation Tempe (ANT) in the last two decades. I have been getting offers from them on my Highlander for the last year and they honored their offer. Resale value was decent. With the possibility of Tariffs coming into play on April 2, I called ANT on April 1 (no joke). Unfortunately, the person answering the phone was awful, don’t want to answer questions (sales) about the email just received on cars for sale in ANT. I asked him why he was treating me like that … his response left a lot to be desired - I asked him to transfer my call to a respectful sales person and I got Brandon on the line and from there on decency and respect was all back to normal. Brandon seemed to me like a star salesman right away and so, I made an appointment at 1 PM. Brandon was terrific and this was perhaps the first shopping car experience that was transparent over the nearly 4 decades of buying new cars, I give him an A+. I then had to interact with finances (Alex Boyle) and he was also terrific. A few hours later I drove out with a new car and as usual (for me) I had some late questions. I called Brandon and Alex and both replied and clarify everything. I think a got a decent transparent deal and Toyota gave me better financing rate (thanks Brandon) that my own bank (I have a top FICO). The main issue that has not been resolved with ANT after COViD is why their PR model has deteriorated since 2021. Further, I don’t understand why the service managers have become so defensive and a priori decide to ignore even minor complaints. Not all is bad since on the other hand, the person that has handled direct service for my two Toyota cars l, and the service perdón that may handled this one, Rich Taylor, has been effective, kind, respectful, helpful and transparent. The cars that I have bought have been from very good to excellent and I will continue to buy Toyotas in the future. Prior to 2003 I bought other brands (new cars) and they were OK. This time, Thanks to Brandon and Alex I feel that I had a very good experience. My plea - never considered- Please main managers of car services … get your act together so that Toyota Auto Nation Tempe (ANT) returns to its old model. Sales and Financing carried out by individuals individuals (Brandon and Alex) are a step up from my prior experiences at ANT. Unfortunately, Direct Telephone communications service or sales or … via the main ANT line are ok albeit sometimes upsetting. I give this dealer an A-. Thanks Brandon and Alex! More
