Rating a 5 as a result of our interaction with Max. Max Gonzalez was the only sales rep that offered to help us upon arrival. Max was very knowledgeable and attentive. Alex became very upset since we declined all additional warranties, most likely related to the fact Alex would not receive commissions. Finance made a huge mistake in our favor, yet we were honest and did the right thing and returned to the dealership to make things right. Richard was arrogant and non-appreciative.
