William was very helpful in explaining everything he needed from me to process the transaction for the purchase of a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I think they forgot to put them back in after they washed the Jeep. I really need them as they help keep the floor under the driver and passenger area clean from the dirt and gravel that gets stuck in my boots.
