I have purchased two cars from them now, with the first one being totaled after someone ran a red light at 70 and hitting me head on. Amazingly, with how well built and safety engineered their cars are, I walked away with little more than some bruising and a bit of an adrenaline rush. These cars will protect you and your family, all while squeezing every possible drop of gas it can which will save you lots of money on fuel. In my first month alone I probably saved $800 on gas, and they are very fun cars to drive as well. Quiet, well built and economically friendly, I highly recommend viewing their hybrid models. As for staff, I've never met a more professional and helpful group of people. Benjamin Price in particular spent more than a month hunting me down the car I wanted after my accident and even worked with me on his day off so that I could test drive the car. The service department is quick and efficient and will do their best to get you in and out in no time flat. Inexpensive and fast repair and maintenance costs really help this place stand out. I've also met the General Manager who was incredibly friendly and helpful, and took time to ensure we were happy with everything before we left the lot in our new car. I personally recommend this location and can go on for days about why. AutoNation Toyota Tempe is the only name in automotive sales, care and expertise. More

I take my Toyota Rav4 to my local Toyota dealer but when in a bind, this location attempted to take advantage of me and recommended $7k of unneeded repairs. Including my regular tune-up items that aren't recommended for another 1,000 miles according to TOYOTA SCHEDULE. Use these commissioned salesmen only if you don't mind handing over a blank check and have unlimited resources. More

I dread the typical process of getting passed from the sales rep to the finance person who then tries has to offer you all the warranty options etc. This dealership still follow's that process. The finance person sounds like a broken record, talked so fast just trying to "sell" a bit more. I wanted gap insurance and was only given one the option to purchase through Toyota which was very high from what I have paid in the past. You are left in position you feel "cornered" to buy. More
