To top it off, my car entered the dealership with the front grill attached and left without it. Chris Montalbano, the Service Advisor, is very professional, polite, and does the best he can. However, I've learned to "back check" the services performed when I get home. Was told it wasn't their fault & had to purchase a new one. As the fluid levels were low & a nail was in one tire, I had to return after another visit to have this corrected. If it wasn't to assure myself that the Toyota warranty would be honored by the dealer from whom the vehicle was purchased, I don't know that I'd have my Tacoma serviced at this facility. More
The price was reasonable, even with the no haggle pricing. The quality of the van is ok. My problem was during the purchase. I feel like the guy who did the financing was just trying to get me to finance through Toyota. Also, we were promised that the windshield would be fixed because it had existing small cracks. It took over a month and multiple calls and e-mails to get a response, and the crack only got bigger. In the end, they finally offered to have someone come fix it after repeatedly calling the dealership. It was an easy buying process but frustrating after the purchase and sub par financing for a person with excellent credit. More
