I dread the typical process of getting passed from the sales rep to the finance person who then tries has to offer you all the warranty options etc. This dealership still follow's that process. The finance person sounds like a broken record, talked so fast just trying to "sell" a bit more. I wanted gap insurance and was only given one the option to purchase through Toyota which was very high from what I have paid in the past. You are left in position you feel "cornered" to buy. More

Buying a new car from AutoNation Toyota was a great experience. We went and and met Derrick (Internet sales) about a vehicle they had online. The vehicle was in the build process.
