I serviced my Toyota Prius on 8/17/2022. Robert Gamboa was my service advisor. When I showed up everyone was friendly and efficient considering the large number of people waiting for service. Robert was friendly and listened to what I want serviced. He promised me a phone call/txt message with the total cost of my service after the service techs looked at the vehicle. Car was in for a recall, oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Around 3pm he called me and quoted me a total cost of 480 dollars for all work including two addon services (brake line and fuel injector cleaning). I went to pick up the vehicle at 6:30 pm. I went to pay the cashier and he told me the total was 607 dollars. I told him I was quoted 480 dollars by Robert. He said he would talk to Robert but Robert had gone home for the day. The cashier and I noticed a 57 dollar charge for Miscellaneous. I asked what that was? He said he did not know but would ask. He asked and was told it was for cleaning supplies? 57 dollars for cleaning supplies? Cashier told me he had seen this charge before but not this large. It's 10% of every 100 dollars you spend up to 60 dollar maximum for cleaning supplies and other "stuff". I paid my bill because the cashier does not know what was quoted to me by Robert. I did not want to hastle him. Also we need the car for work the next day. I went and talked to a guy that delivered my car. I told him my issue and he was very nice. He took a picture of my bill and contact information with his phone and told me he would have Robert call me to explain the up charge from what I was quoted on the phone. I was never contacted back. This is not good service! This was NOT an estimate given to me on the phone. This was the TOTAL for all services and fees that I requested. It is very important to know what you are paying for before you pay for it. Dealerships are expensive but you normally get good parts and service for that money. In this instance I feel cheated. I feel 10% taxed for cleaning supplies! That was not explained to me up front. Don't you feel you should know all the cost of your service before you pay for it? Do you feel that if someone promised you a call back that you would get one? If you do then I do not recommend having your Toyota serviced here. I will use a different Toyota dealership going forward. More

My scheduled advisor was off, but a new one eventually took over. There was no upselling and the oil change took a couple hours. It got hairy when picking up my vehicle, seemed everyone was done at the sa took over. There was no upselling and the oil change took a couple hours. Overall, I think Autonation may be my favorite over Riverview and Big Two. More

We just had an oil change. They were really busy so the wait just to check in took longer than expected.
