I scheduled online which was easy. I never saw my advisor and they didn’t take a look at something I asked them to. They also didn’t rotate my tires like I requested. I tried to call 4 hours later and was transferred to a voicemail. When I picked up my car after work my bill wasn’t explained. I also didn’t even have a new oil change sticker reminding me when my next oil change is. My other car is a Kia and that service center is top notch! They call and text me about any findings in the inspection. They go through The bill and recommendations at pick up. They also let me know via text when my car is ready. No comparison. I won’t go back to Toyota unless I must for a recall. More
Salesman was friendly but gave us inaccurate info and ended up causing stress. Manager changed amount of trade-in after contract to order set. We told salesman number of times that we would be traveling and not back until a certain date. “No worries” he said. “Car will not come in until about a week after you return”. 3 weeks before return date, we start getting messages that car will be in and we need to pick up within 48 hrs of arrival. Car arrives when we are on vacation and we are backed into corner to accept lesser trade-in value, purchase car online and have dealer keep in lot until we return, purchase auto insurance on car that we have not physically inspected and not able to transfer plates resulting in more work for us. If you are going to use this dealership, be prepared for all sorts or changes and cost to you increases. Btw…the salesman was friendly. More

First, they send way too many emails asking for you to leave a review about your service... five within the span of 11 days to be exact. Second, regarding the service, I had to wait 3 hours for an oil cha leave a review about your service... five within the span of 11 days to be exact. Second, regarding the service, I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change to be completed whereas at other Toyota locations I am in and out in an hour or an hour and a half. Why do they allow so many appointments to be scheduled at the same time to the point where it takes multiple hours after the scheduled appointment time before your vehicle is even seen? That all being said, the front end service representative I worked with was friendly and professional. More
