We just bought a new RAV4 Hybrid at AutoNation Toyota. Trent Edgren was our salesman and he was awesome. He kept us notified throughout the entire process, since buying a new car has changed since the pandemic started - you don't simply go and pick out the car from the lot; you have to review a list of incoming vehicles, place a downpayment to order your car, then wait for it to be assembled and delivered to the dealership. Almost all the other dealerships tack on an additional fee (at least up to $15,000) for new cars due to the limited supplies, but AutoNation did not. I highly recommend them for this practice alone, but Trent was icing on the cake - he was very knowledgeable, informative, and always available for any questions we might have. It was great working with him. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota because of their management practices and salesmen like Trent. More

My only Complaint is they Overfilled my Tires to 41 PSI according to the pressure sensors but put on the paperwork 36PSI, the Tire Pressure Label states to fill at 30PSI, this just makes me wonder about th according to the pressure sensors but put on the paperwork 36PSI, the Tire Pressure Label states to fill at 30PSI, this just makes me wonder about the rest of the service performed.
