As always, Chris Keenan takes excellent care of our 1999 Toyota 4-Runner. He kept us informed on the issues and repairs necessary to fix our air conditioning. Chris makes it very easy to schedule an appointment. Tempe Toyota is the only facility that taken care of our service needs on this vehicle, as well as, our other Toyota vehicles. I waited in line 45 minutes before my vehicle was taken back to service department. Then it took an additional 2 1/2+ hours to change oil and rotate the tires! The service tech, Rich Taylor, was very pro back to service department. Then it took an additional 2 1/2+ hours to change oil and rotate the tires! The service tech, Rich Taylor, was very professional and did a great job. He just needs way more help in garage. I Iive in a town approximately 40 miles from the dealership so this oil change pretty much killed the whole day. This is a lot to put up with just to get a service job that is provided for in the warranty. This is not an isolated case, this is pretty much the same drill every time I get my vehicle serviced. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
They really do not seem to care. They get you in there and tell you need a few things and then do not even go over it with you when you pay. They do not wash the cars anymore. The overall customer service is just not what it used to be. I am disappointed and am thinking of changing dealerships closer to me. More
