I think that they don’t have the staffing to handle the customer load. I arrived at 10:20am for a 10:30am appointment. I was approached by someone who was not my service representative. When I arrived I was greeted right away and checked in. After check in I waited approximately 30 minutes to be assisted by a service team member.
