-Unprepared -Depended on the customer to look up ALL the available used models she wanted to look at -Could not tell customer with any certainty they actually HAD the desired vehicle which required us the available used models she wanted to look at -Could not tell customer with any certainty they actually HAD the desired vehicle which required us to wander around the lot in over 100 degree heat trying to find the desired models -Asked to check the age of the tires and the battery but was blown off and told everything was fine. -Asked to have the opportunity to have my personal mechanic check the vehicle and told no need b/c they would not have such a good reputation if their cars were not top notch. -Overall, pleasant employees although Finance guy took nearly 45-50 minutes “shooting the breeze.” Expected a little more consideration due to our loyalty. We have purchased at least 6 vehicles from this SAME dealership for the last 24 years! I notified the staff of this fact and they said I had been interacting with this dealership longer than anyone had been employed at that location! More

Very efficient with the check in process when I got there. I had been to another Toyota dealer for my 5,000 mile oil change and to do the recall on my Rav 4. They told me it would take a really long there. I had been to another Toyota dealer for my 5,000 mile oil change and to do the recall on my Rav 4. They told me it would take a really long time to do the recall so I didn't do it and waited for 3 hours for the oil change. AutoNation Toyota was awesome. They kept me updated with pictures. Sam my service manager was really nice and helpful. I'll keep coming back to this site even though there is a closer dealer to me. More
