He was prompt on giving me delivery updates of the vehicle that I had ordered. The whole process was quick, smooth and stress free. I only had to visit the dealership twice: once to order the car and put a deposit on it, the other to pick up the car on it's delivery date. I can't recommend this dealership enough (For reference, I spoke to 14 Toyota dealerships in/around Phoenix, even made a spreadsheet and decided to go with Cesar and AutoNation Toyota Tempe). More
