I have a 2019 Tacoma and in the last 2 years I've been in service Center 3 times but what I thought would be warranted we warranted service. I was told I needed an alignment that I did not! I was charged for the service and when I asked for a printout of what was done and why I was told it didn’t exist. After a heated exchange I did not wind up paying for the service. When I went out to my truck, the missing printout was handed to me to “prove how badly I needed an alignment”. All it proved was that they were going to charge for a 4 wheel alignment when they did only 2, and after showing the printout to 2 other highly skilled mechanics I was told that I didn’t really need one at all! I would expect this from a corner shop, not a dealership. I will drive out of my way to avoid this dealership in the future. Not only that, my experience from drop off to pick up was completely unimpressive. I felt the staff was rude and put out to have to do their job. More
