I had 5 different Toyota Vehicles over 20 years and have been visiting Tempe AutoNation Toyota from 2009. Service Department is the best. They offer excellent customer service, take the time needed to under been visiting Tempe AutoNation Toyota from 2009. Service Department is the best. They collect my contact, but never followed up when they have a used car for my needs. This has happened at least 3 times. They have also stopped keeping small cars in their Rental. Phoenix does lot of road repairs these days and I don't want to be driving huge rental vehicles with my insurance. More

Wade (sales) and Seth (finance) were great at selling us the car but we've called and left messages 4 times now asking for our financial paperwork to be emailed to us. Forget saving trees.
