Work was completed faster than I expected as I waited on my vehicle. However, getting cheap , no more doughnuts or fruit. Coffee ? Not even the free bottle of water anymore. Plus, no car wash. I sent over $500.00 in services and they don't seem to care anymore. Very sad to see this perks removed. I bought my vehicle there in 2007 and always took it there for service. I waited in line 45 minutes before my vehicle was taken back to service department. Then it took an additional 2 1/2+ hours to change oil and rotate the tires! The service tech, Rich Taylor, was very pro back to service department. Then it took an additional 2 1/2+ hours to change oil and rotate the tires! The service tech, Rich Taylor, was very professional and did a great job. He just needs way more help in garage. I Iive in a town approximately 40 miles from the dealership so this oil change pretty much killed the whole day. This is a lot to put up with just to get a service job that is provided for in the warranty. This is not an isolated case, this is pretty much the same drill every time I get my vehicle serviced. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

They really do not seem to care. They get you in there and tell you need a few things and then do not even go over it with you when you pay. They do not wash the cars anymore.
