Bought a brand new Toyota Camry on 9/15/22, we waited for 8 weeks to get the vehicle. Eddie was awesome on the sales department but the Finance Dept was really pushy to get the VPP policy and kind of shady o 8 weeks to get the vehicle. Contacted and sent a cancellation letter to Seth on 10/5/22 letting him know that we don't want the Vehicle Protection Plan. He stated that allow 6-8 weeks to get a refund. As of 12/6/22 we still did not get the refund, called him and left messages / sent a text message but not getting a response from him. It seems like he's ignoring my calls and message. Not sure why he's still doing what he's doing 'cause I read from other reviews that this is how he works with other customers. More

My service advisor Eddie was great as was the young man at the front desk. The shuttle service needs a secondary number as I was told to call before 2;45 and tried from 2:40 to 3:05 and no one answered the at the front desk.
