When my car was rear-ended, Jessi Tays (service advisor) was a big help in taking the pictures and video of damages. He got the vehicle mounted on a rack and captured all the details of the vehicle damage, was a big help in taking the pictures and video of damages. Unprofessional staff, I don't think they received any type of training other than how rip off customers. Seth was coughing all the time and was not able to explain paperwork because he was focused on how type of training other than how rip off customers.
