This dealership has NO respect for my time. I made an appointment at 11:00 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They knew I would be waiting for my vehicle. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I I made an appointment at 11:00 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They knew I would be waiting for my vehicle. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I went to the cashier to ask about my vehicle. The cashier went to find out about my vehicle. I waited 10 minutes for her to come back. She told me they were finishing the paper work and I would have my car in 5 Minutes. Another 12 minutes passed and I went to the service manager. He took me out to my advisor Samuel. The service manager couldn’t find him so he phoned him. Another 5 minutes and Samuel found my car. Total disrespect for my time. More
