While I thought I had gotten good service during my recent visit, today I got a solicitation email, reminding me to fix the things that were recommended. Four things were on the solicitation list, incl recent visit, today I got a solicitation email, reminding me to fix the things that were recommended. Four things were on the solicitation list, including a new set of all four tires. Of those things listed on the solicitation, the only thing that was mentioned to me, was that one of my tires may need to be replaced. No urgency was given except a comment that the summer heat may play a role in the safety of that tire. Now the solicitation says I need all four tires? +3 other issues that were not mentioned to me? If any, or all of these are important, I would expect that a conscientious service provider would speak to me about them in person. More

I have been told by the service department, on more than one occassion, that they no longer support this feature. The last time I visited for an oil change, the service rep told me that the only way to get this feature was to switch from an Android to an IPhone, or buy a new car. I got a new phone, another Android, because the phone people said Toyota's website says they support both platforms. Long story (a week's worth of effort including a two hour visit to service department and a 2 hour phone call to Toyota's tech support) - they were unable to make things work for me. I discovered an email address within the app, and those people told me how to get it working, and was able to get it up and running on my own. BTW, the tech person put in a request for the dealership to call me on Friday to schedule a repeat visit - they never did. I am a LONG-time repeat Toyota customer and love these cars. However, I no longer have an ounce of faith in the service department. More
AutoNation is a good dealership. As I see it, they truly put their customers first. For years we have been bringing our vehicles for maintenance, and always we got great service. Highlander service was started and completed as promised. However, I had difficulty scheduling the appointment on-line and had to wait for a phone attendant to set the appointment.
