There were no high pressure sales tactics, just a very friendly and personable atmosphere. Parker was also very patient as I had to wait for my husband to get out of work and come see the truck. Then Mike Z did all of our paperwork, very efficient, very nice, again no high pressure sales, very warm and friendly! We were out of there with our new purchase by 1pm! We purchased a truck with chipping paint, only options we were given was to paint the door or trade in the truck. We opted out of that option of painting the door where the paint is peeling due it happening elsewhere as well, and we are just putting a bandaid on the problem at that point. Service wait time is excessive, drive down and had to wait nearly 2.5 hours for them to “investigate the peeling paint”. I would not recommend this dealership to a single soul. I’m in a Toyota Facebook page and they all agree this dealership is awful. More
