Ok, we’ve called the number given and left a message for the “General Manager”. Still no call back… so if they truly ordered a strut for the drivers side when we had our car serviced in March, why haven’t we been contacted??! AND, why doesn’t someone call back when we are told our calls (yes, multiple calls) will be returned??
