We used the COSTCO buying service. inventory of the RAV 4 was non-existent; it was take the one car they had or forget it. As a result we ended up buying more car than we wanted. The Costco/Internet Sales contact was a pleasure to deal with. The Selling Manager was insistent on selling us upgrades we didn't want. The initial offer for our trade in was obnoxious - a real low ball. The post-sale finance interaction regarding extended warranties et al was unpleasant; individual would not take no (repeatedly) for an answer. More

Fantastic experience! I throughly enjoyed my time there. Payment and finalizing everything took a little longer than I would have liked but they were all so kind and kept I throughly enjoyed my time there. Sales person was helpful. He didn't try to push up his commission by putting me in a car outside of my price range. He did seem to be new, but if he didn't have the answer the He didn't try to push up his commission by putting me in a car outside of my price range. He did seem to be new, but if he didn't have the answer then he found someone who did. Place was packed, so the waiting time was horrible. I don't recommend shopping on a Saturday. And the Muzak was too loud for me. More
