I brought my car in for a rattle and the mechanic thought it was due to the passenger heatshield being loose. It unfortunately wasn't the problem and my car is still making a noise. When I drove back home, I it was due to the passenger heatshield being loose. It unfortunately wasn't the problem and my car is still making a noise. When I drove back home, I saw a deep scratch on my passenger door on the driver's side. Also the salespeople have been calling my phone multiple times a day and are harassing me! I, unfortunately have to bring my car to this dealership since no other Toyota dealerships are around me and because the service is free since my vehicle is still under warranty. I give the mechanic 5 stars for attempting to solve the problem and he requested a test ride with me so he could hear the sound. He didn't want me to drive my route which would have made the sound easier to hear because I know which roads the sound happens more frequently on. My car was driven an additional 100 miles after dropping it off, so I know he was test driving multiple times to try to hear the sound and that's probably when the scratch occured (Which I can live with). The 1 star is for the salespeople who called me from the time I brought my car in for service and are continuting to call me multiple times a day from all sorts of numbers. They are pissing me off.
