Found large areas of paint missing, defective and covered up on a Toyota certified pre-owned. Dealership contacted immediately. They offered to use more touch up paint. Our certified checklist states this vehicle to be reasonably free of paint chips or defects. Clearly there is both. This will decrease the resale or future trade in value. Salesman “Yaz” has ghosted me via text and the manager there won’t reply to my voicemails. Had to elevate this to Toyota Engagement Center, getting the run around there now. May need small claims court to fix this paint. I’ve never had a problem with any of my 5 Toyotas but this dealership- beware! And Toyota- fix the KNOWN issue of your SUPER WHITE paint on ALL of your vehicles, not just the ones you’ve selected. Make it right! More

I will never bring our car in there again it’s always something. They say an hour then spend 4 hrs in the place. My car was in the ramp with no tires and just set there for o Dr anhour!
