Had been looking for some time for a specific model CPO Camry. I really didn’t want to make the nearly-200-mile round trip to ATPP but they had the car I wanted with the miles I wanted, so off I went. Wor Camry. I really didn’t want to make the nearly-200-mile round trip to ATPP but they had the car I wanted with the miles I wanted, so off I went. Working with the ATPP team was pleasant and unexpectedly straightforward. We went a few rounds on the final price but I got a fair deal on my trade and we worked the final cost to me down to a range I was comfortable paying for the car. Through no fault of my own - my credit was good - a snafu on the part of the credit bureaus made it a real mess when it came down to signing a deal, however. Rather than just telling me to go home, straighten it out, and come back later, the folks at ATPP bent over backwards to straighten it out FOR me, while I was there, and we got it done. Osmel Negrin and especially Victor Papa made a VERY, VERY long day bearable and saw to it that I was comfortable and well taken care of during my purchase process. I like the car. Found out after driving it home that the subwoofer speaker was blown, but it was under warranty anyway so I am having it replaced with a more local dealer. Given my purchase experience I would probably return to ATPP for service but they’re just too far away. Working with Osmel and, again, especially Victor, was a real pleasure. More

I been to my work yesterday 1 hr late because they cant find my car keys they been searching for my keys for about 45 I’m not sure if they did that for purpose! They want to hold the car for 4 days which i find my car keys they been searching for my keys for about 45 I’m not sure if they did that for purpose! They want to hold the car for 4 days which is crazy and they asked to pay $729 for labor and $654 for parts and $201 for just checking the car! And I’m really feeling sorry for my experience with you guys specially that person whose name is Amar. One last thing who is going to make it up for me and pay all these expenses? More
