Came for standard 5000 mile service. Rescheduled appointment night before but there was no record of it when I called to confirm in morning, customer service was still able to schedule m Rescheduled appointment night before but there was no record of it when I called to confirm in morning, customer service was still able to schedule me for desired time. Online scheduler sucks though. Valet/advisors were very efficient when I showed up at appointment time. Actual service took 2hrs 15min which seems like a lot for standard service? But I had a lot of freelance work to do, so I appreciated the Business Center. In the past I've used the shuttle, so appreciate that option as well. Advisors were transparent about costs--I remember in the past you would go to the counter for billing, but now it seems Advisors handle payment as well? My Advisors were friendly despite seeming having to juggle a lot of work, they probably deserve a raise. Even though total cost seemed like a lot, the convenience and customer service will keep my family coming back as long as we can afford it. More
