8/24/23. Came in to get my 1st service taken care of, upon arrival I was greeted by a lovey young lady by the name of Kiley Paske I told her I was in for my 5 Came in to get my 1st service taken care of, upon arrival I was greeted by a lovey young lady by the name of Kiley Paske I told her I was in for my 5k mile service, shortly after that I was on my way to the customer lounge. 45 minutes later she calls me and tells me that my vehicle was finish. 10/10 definitely would recommend Kiley Paske as your service advisor and will be seeing her again in 5k miles. Auto Nation Pinellas Park, Toyota has become too expensive for an oil change and tire rotation, i did the above with a cabin air filter installed on a 2014 Sienna the charge was $ 245.00 dollars, th expensive for an oil change and tire rotation, i did the above with a cabin air filter installed on a 2014 Sienna the charge was $ 245.00 dollars, thats too much, i can get the same work done all over town from a good reputable private shop for about $ 150.00 to $175.00--You are pricing yourselves out of the market, and your sales force are pests, they constantly bug you when you cone in waiting for service work. I realize yours is a sales business however, being a pest is not condusive to the majority of people, such activity turns people off. Yes your people are nice but that is not the point to my comets. More
