wait time was awful because the rep didn't process my paper's because he just let it sit on his desk, another female rep helped me through the final steps, he was terrible. Oct 5, 2023 Google • AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. Thomas the salesman said it would take an hour an a 1/2. Why should it take that long? I wa had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. Thomas the salesman said it would take an hour an a 1/2. Why should it take that long? I was quoted a price of $85 for the oil change and $29 for the tire rotation. A little steep but this is at dealership. 2 and 1/2 hours later the bill is $149. How TF is that possible, I know there is New math and all but that doesn't add up.Thomas tells me that they had to use an extra quart of oil and that there was some extra fees. What the absolute F? So this dealership doesn't know how many quarts of oil go into a car before they guote a price, Unbelievable! When a dealership quotes a price it should be for the total amount so the customer knows ahead of time. 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. We have previously purchased 3 vehicles at AutoNation Pinellas Park, we won't be back to these RipOffs ML More
