I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership since 2008. This last purchase was a horrible experience. The Finance gentleman who did my paperwork just added extra warranties and care packages to my pa 2008. This last purchase was a horrible experience. The Finance gentleman who did my paperwork just added extra warranties and care packages to my paperwork without asking me if I even wanted it. He never once said, would you like to pay for this extra warranty or care packages on the car you are purchasing today. He rushed me through electronically signing my paperwork. Then when we were finished, I asked for a copy of everything and he said, you will get it tomorrow when you come in and pick up the car. After I came in and got the paperwork and car the next day I went home and started going-over everything and there were so many things added to this paperwork I didn't agree upon. I emailed several people at the dealership that had their hand in my purchase of the car, and this was not handled professionally at all. I am not sure what has happened over the years because I loved this dealership and would never think twice about purchasing a car anywhere else. However, after this I will not be buying another car at this dealership. I was told if I put down an additional $1,000.00 to my $10,000.00 I was putting down on my down that my car payment would only be $311.00 a month however paperwork said payment is $364.00 a month so why was I even told that? After they added all these extra things this car came out to me putting down $11,000.00 dollars and being financed $20,486.72 now that's over $30,000.00 who would want to pay all that for a used 2021 Toyota Camry with 60,000 miles on it......... I might as well just buy a brand-new car for all that money. Very dissatisfied with this whole situation. More

Unfortunately, this dealership, like many others has a habit of inaccurately disclosing prices. Despite the description saying in all capital letters "THIS IS THE FINAL PRICE YOU PAY", they still managed habit of inaccurately disclosing prices. Despite the description saying in all capital letters "THIS IS THE FINAL PRICE YOU PAY", they still managed to add on over $1000 in dealer fees. When I kindly asked Abdel about this discrepancy, I was met with "That's just the way the industry is. Deal with it." I'm not sure how dealerships get away with this and are still allowed to sell on this website, but if they try and pull the same trick on you, please, just walk away. It's dishonest and they don't deserve your business. Lucky for you, the used car inventory is growing and prices are falling every day. More
