Firstly, I want to address the issue of financial processing. It was disheartening to discover that your dealership does not work with certain finance banks after I had already invested time and effort in visiting the showroom. This information should have been communicated to me before offering the deal, as it resulted in me losing a day's pay due to the visit. Moreover, during my visit to finalize the deal, I encountered a situation where your salesperson provided me with incorrect documents, specifically the purchase and sales agreement. This misinformation not only caused confusion but also raised concerns about the professionalism and attention to detail within your team. The most distressing part of my experience occurred when, after leaving the showroom, I returned to collect the correct purchase and sales agreement and complete the necessary paperwork. To my shock, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold, despite my commitment to the deal just moments earlier. This abrupt change in status and the subsequent lack of explanation left me feeling deceived and mistreated as a customer. More
