I had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change. (new car so have a few free oil changes). Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour as it was very busy. I accepted that as I had plenty of time f (new car so have a few free oil changes). Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour as it was very busy. I accepted that as I had plenty of time from 9:30am to make it to my doctor's appointment. But come 10 am the car still wasn't ready. I asked my service advisor how much longer and she was to check. Being very busy it was a while before she could tell me where the car was in the process. Finally about 11am (2.5 hours after arrival) I asked again and shortly there after I was told it was ready- was told to go outside. Then they couldn't find my keys... for over 10 minutes. Now I was a bit worried. Finally it was determined my car was NOT ready yet, but that it would be another 10 min. ~11:30am. I finally got my car after 3 hours for a simple oil change. I'd rather pay for an oil change. On the positive side- the people were nice about it...but somewhere along the way the organization lost sight of scheduling to suit the customers. More
