She was also very personable when we met the next day to pickup the vehicle. No pressure, it was really the most laid back car buying experience I could have asked for. I worked with Alex L., to review the sale/go over warranties. Alex was awesome too. It takes a while for me to understand how the interest/final purchase price will work with my budget and Alex let me work the numbers out and was able to offer different insight that I did not consider. The used car director also checked in with us at the end of the purchase. I didn’t get his name but he was very nice and congratulated us on the new purchase. Although I do not frequent AN often, I was disappointed to see they discontinued donuts. Without donuts I did not want to hangout. Usually I walk around the show room looking at the new cars but without donuts I did not feel like sticking around. Something to think about. I will see you again when Toyota offers zero percent financing once again. One last thing. When I dropped off my car I noticed the service department was full of employees but not once did someone suggest how long I was to wait for Matthew or where to wait.
