I had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change. (new car so have a few free oil changes). Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour as it was very busy. I accepted that as I had plenty of time from 9:30am to make it to my doctor's appointment. But come 10 am the car still wasn't ready. I asked my service advisor how much longer and she was to check. Being very busy it was a while before she could tell me where the car was in the process. Finally about 11am (2.5 hours after arrival) I asked again and shortly there after I was told it was ready- was told to go outside. Then they couldn't find my keys... for over 10 minutes. Now I was a bit worried. Finally it was determined my car was NOT ready yet, but that it would be another 10 min. ~11:30am. I finally got my car after 3 hours for a simple oil change. I'd rather pay for an oil change. On the positive side- the people were nice about it...but somewhere along the way the organization lost sight of scheduling to suit the customers. More

I believe it is important to bring to your attention the series of unfortunate events that transpired during my visit, as it has left me with a significant loss and a negative perception of your dealership. Firstly, I want to address the issue of financial processing. It was disheartening to discover that your dealership does not work with certain finance banks after I had already invested time and effort in visiting the showroom. This information should have been communicated to me before offering the deal, as it resulted in me losing a day's pay due to the visit. Moreover, during my visit to finalize the deal, I encountered a situation where your salesperson provided me with incorrect documents, specifically the purchase and sales agreement. This misinformation not only caused confusion but also raised concerns about the professionalism and attention to detail within your team. The most distressing part of my experience occurred when, after leaving the showroom, I returned to collect the correct purchase and sales agreement and complete the necessary paperwork. To my shock, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold, despite my commitment to the deal just moments earlier. This abrupt change in status and the subsequent lack of explanation left me feeling deceived and mistreated as a customer. More
