Hope was my service rep and she made the process effortless. She was friendly and worked to make the process as seamlessly as possible. Although I do not like a hassle experience, I view this experience as hassle-free. Thank you Auto Nation. Now, a review would not be a balanced review without some criticism for improvement. Although I do not frequent AN often, I was disappointed to see they discontinued donuts. Without donuts I did not want to hangout. Usually I walk around the show room looking at the new cars but without donuts I did not feel like sticking around. Something to think about. I will see you again when Toyota offers zero percent financing once again. One last thing. When I dropped off my car I noticed the service department was full of employees but not once did someone suggest how long I was to wait for Matthew or where to wait. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes I left. Have a great day! More
I stopped in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I made the appointment that day for the afternoon, they took my car right away and had it finished within the hour. I thought my bill would be expensive but he said it was a minor issue that he has the part in stock and got to replace it. fixed in a timely manner. I had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change. (new car so have a few free oil changes). Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour as it was very busy. I accepted that as I had plenty of time f (new car so have a few free oil changes). Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour as it was very busy. I accepted that as I had plenty of time from 9:30am to make it to my doctor's appointment. But come 10 am the car still wasn't ready. I asked my service advisor how much longer and she was to check. Being very busy it was a while before she could tell me where the car was in the process. Finally about 11am (2.5 hours after arrival) I asked again and shortly there after I was told it was ready- was told to go outside. Then they couldn't find my keys... for over 10 minutes. Now I was a bit worried. Finally it was determined my car was NOT ready yet, but that it would be another 10 min. ~11:30am. I finally got my car after 3 hours for a simple oil change. I'd rather pay for an oil change. On the positive side- the people were nice about it...but somewhere along the way the organization lost sight of scheduling to suit the customers. More
