AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park

Recently took my 2015 Toyota Avalon for an oil change to Auto Nation Toyota, Pinellas Park. As always, I ask them to please clean up the oil pan, drain plug and cartridge area afterwards. This is the fifth time this has happened since I purchased the car from Auto Nation Toyota. How hard can it be to run a rag over the oil change area underneath the car? I asked the service representative (Justin) if the cleanup had been done and he assured me it had. I noticed on my bill there was a $9 charge for misc. shop items and rags! Obviously, management does not care and will ignore this review like previous reviews. Professionalism severely lacking. More

I had a great experience working with Vanessa Talbert & Alex L. Vanessa was prompt to email me back the same day about the 4Runner I was interested in. She was also very personable when we met the next day to pickup the vehicle. No pressure, it was really the most laid back car buying experience I could have asked for. I worked with Alex L., to review the sale/go over warranties. Alex was awesome too. It takes a while for me to understand how the interest/final purchase price will work with my budget and Alex let me work the numbers out and was able to offer different insight that I did not consider. The used car director also checked in with us at the end of the purchase. I didn’t get his name but he was very nice and congratulated us on the new purchase.
