I couldn't believe 8.5 hours. No communication from Justin. No parts for rear brakes though I requested the appointment 6 days ahead. I see refused work that no one told me about. Big jobs on front axle??? I was charged for rental though my husband paid for it at the counter. It was absolutely the worst service of my life!!! Now I need to make another appointment for my back brakes, waste more time and don't know anything about these other "refused " services. At this point I would warn anyone I met never to buy a car their or use the service department. I think this my bemy first bad review. Sorry but it was terrible!

At purchase you are told 6 free oil changes, there should not be a problem on oil change cost when your checking out. You should not be a 2 year limit on oil changes. I'm old and do not drive much over 6,000 More

December 14, 2023 This morning I had a face-to-face, 15 minute conversation, with Matthew Gordon (Aftersales Service Director at Auto Nation, Pinellas Park. He explained how the oil drain configuration is set up in many of the 3.5L power plants (Avalon included) and when completing oil changes, there is an oil-splash when draining the oil from the sump and some residual oil remains on rails and parts which are virtually inaccessible, allowing oil drops to the floor that are visible for a couple of days after an oil change. This issue has now been resolved to my satisfaction and I am changing my rating to a 5-star. Thank you Matt Gordon. My wife and I have owned 3 Toyota vehicles and we will continue to do so in the future. Brian F.
