Had a slow leak in tire of new Rav 4, took to service dept., where service person could not enter information in hand held computer which would not keep the information entered. Sat in the waiting room f dept., where service person could not enter information in hand held computer which would not keep the information entered. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours for a tire to be plugged and then had to wait for service person to finish with a customer before she could get me paperwork and leave, that took another 30 min. while ther were several service people just sitting around. Was not pleased with the situation. More
