Don't waste your money on their horrible work. Took my 4runner there for an oil change and routine maintenance a few weeks ago. A few days after the pan that covers the oil filter fell off and dragged across the pavement. Luckily I notice it and was able to pull over to take it off before anything worst can happen. Went back the following week after my appointment to get it fixed and they put zip ties to hold it together. They told me that it was the only thing they can do to fix it, and if the zip ties break off I can go back and get new ones to replace it. Never will I go back to any AutoNation. More

I knew my target price after researching recent comparable sales on multiple sites. The guys at AutoNation worked out this deal within a few emails back and forth. They offered to talk by phone, too, but never required it. It only took a few questions and points of clarity — but I literally bought my car in a day. While other dealers were throwing the standard nonsense and games at me — requiring dizzying phone calls to get anything accomplished — the guys at AutoNation were cutting to the chase and offering me a very fair deal. Then, after we agreed on details and price, they invited me in to wrap things up. I was nervous they’d change things up once I got there. Nope...everything was mapped out exactly as we agreed. Not only was this an easy transaction, they actually made it fun and approachable. I loved this place so much I may even drive the hour to get service there. It was New Year's Day, and the service department was closed, so we left without a car so it could be checked in the morning. It turned out it was a part that needed to be ordered since the service department wasn't comfortable just switching the part out, so we weren't going to be able to take the car. That's when our sales team stepped in and found the same car in Palm Beach with a few more bells and whistles. Our salesman Tommy went to Palm Beach himself and picked the car up.
